Sounds like a drain or sewer problem
One slow sink is usually a local clog. Several drains backing up at once often points to the main sewer line. A camera inspection shows what is going on inside the pipe.
Right now: stop running water and flushing toilets until the line is clear.
Sounds like the water heater
Tell us how old the tank is, if you know, and whether it’s gas or electric. We’ll talk through repair or replacement.
Right now: if the tank is leaking, turn off the cold water valve on top of the tank.
Sounds like a leak or a water line
We repair leaking pipes inside the house and broken water lines in the yard, including the digging when a line is underground.
Right now: if water is spreading, shut off the main water valve.
Sounds like a sump pump or drainage issue
Water in a basement often traces back to a sump pump, a floor drain backing up, or drainage outside. Call and describe where the water shows up.
Right now: keep people and power cords away from standing water.
Safety first
Leave the building now.
- Get everyone outside. Leave the door open behind you.
- Do not switch lights or appliances on or off. Do not use a lighter.
- From outside, call your gas utility or 911.
- When the area is safe, call Parker for the gas line repair.
Sounds like remodel plumbing
We handle the plumbing: moving drains and water lines, rough-in, and setting fixtures. Your contractor handles the tile and finish work.
Next step: call before the walls are opened so the plumbing plan is set early.
Sounds like commercial or property work
Restaurants, local businesses and property managers. Tell us the address, who can give us access, and how the problem is affecting the property.
Managing rentals? See how we handle tenant calls and turnovers.
Not sure what it is?
Call and describe it. We’ll tell you what it sounds like.
You talk to the family that runs the company, not a call center.
What to tell us when you call
- The address, and whether it is a home, a business or a rental you manage
- What is happening, and when it started
- What you have already shut off
- For rentals: the tenant’s name and number, and who approves the work
Request a visit
