What we do in every town

One crew does all of this work across the area:

Farther out, like Bardstown or Elizabethtown, planned jobs fit best. For anything urgent, call first with the address and the job. We’ll tell you when we can be there.

Service area questions

Still not sure? Call and ask. You talk to the people who do the work.

How do I know if you cover my address?

Call (502) 239-1163 with your address. Or tap Schedule online and enter your ZIP code. If your ZIP code is outside our usual area, it tells you to call so we can check.

Do you work in Indiana?

No. Parker Plumbing is licensed in Kentucky, so we only work on the Kentucky side of the river.

My sewer is backing up. Do I call you or MSD?

If only your house is backing up, the problem is usually in your own line: call us. If your neighbors’ drains are backing up too, the public sewer may be blocked: call Louisville MSD, the public sewer agency, at (502) 540-6000. Outside Jefferson County, call your city or water district.

I smell gas. What do I do?

Leave the house first. Then, from outside, call 911 and LG&E at (502) 589-1444, or your own gas company. Once the gas company says it is safe, call us to fix the line.
